*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for a term of 10 months starting on 01/09/11 and ending on 30/06/12, with the possibility of a 12-month extension. Stays shorter than one month will be considered only under specific request but are also available
Prices are person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, satellite receiver, use of the common areas and VAT. At RESA, the only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards gas and water (10 €/month, fixed quota), consumptions of air conditioning/heating and D.H.W. (domestic hot water) (31.50 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (8 €/month to be regularised at the end of the stay according to actual room consumption) and the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.
